⛏️ Erdenes Tavan Tolgoi Accelerates IPO Preparations Through Strategic Cooperation with the Mongolian Stock Exchange 📈

🇲🇳 The Mongolian Stock Exchange (MSE) and Erdenes Tavan Tolgoi JSC (ETT) have signed a memorandum of understanding to cooperate on preparing ETT to become a publicly listed company and to support future exchange-based share trading.

  • 📌 Under the MoU, the parties will work together to prepare the company for public listing, organize changes related to share registration, and support the legal and operational groundwork needed for trading ETT shares through the stock exchange.

  • 👥 The cooperation is also linked to opening the share management rights of citizens holding 1,072 shares, creating the foundation for future secondary market trading and broader capital market participation.

  • 🌏 In addition, the parties plan to expand international cooperation, attract foreign investors, promote the investment environment, increase the network of buyers for mining products, and support the introduction of futures trading.

📈 According to the MSE, this cooperation is an important step toward increasing the participation of Mongolia’s major national companies in the capital market, broadening retail investors’ access to the stock market, and improving overall market liquidity.
